In 1984 owners converted the property to an office building. Hendricks' acquired the property in 2015 and recent renovations include a new lobby, elevators, HVAC system and 8th floor penthouse community fitness center. CENTURY BUILDING HISTORY
Constructed in 1901, the Century Building was designed by the prominent local architect Rubush & Hunter. This architectural firm was renowned for its contributions to the cityscape, shaping many of Indianapolis’s iconic structures during the early 20th century.
