Hendricks Commercial Properties highlights stadium’s economic impact, future growth in Beloit
BELOIT, WI.- Hendricks Commercial Properties, developer of Beloit’s brand-new riverside ballpark, has released the first in a series of videos highlighting the tremendous impact the new community space will have on the region and perspectives of the project through the eyes of its stakeholders. The videos take the place of a formal groundbreaking ceremony, which was initially slated
for spring of 2020.
“Our hope is that community members will watch the video and further understand the scope of the stadium development project and everything it will bring to Beloit. It is so much more than a stadium,” said John Gackstetter, senior vice president of development at Hendricks Commercial Properties. “There’s something really special happening here, and we want to share that with area residents and with the world.”

The state-of-the-art stadium and shared community space will feature an artificial turf field, a grandstand and a 300+ capacity indoor ‘stadium club’ event space that can be used all year round. Construction is expected to be completed Summer of 2021.
